TP-Link Omada EAP772 is a high-performance, tri-band Wi-Fi 7 access point designed specifically for indoor use , typically in business or high-density home environments . It is a ceiling-mounted device with a sleek, ultra-thin design. The TP-Link EAP772 offers advanced Wi-Fi 7 features and robust performance for demanding network environments like offices, schools, and hotels . Speed and Bands : It is a tri-band access point, operating on 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz frequencies, with a total aggregate wireless speed of up to approximately 11 Gbps (BE11000 or BE9300, depending on region). Wi-Fi 7 Technology : Key features include Multi-Link Operation (MLO) for lower latency and increased reliability, 320 MHz bandwidth (in the 6 GHz band) for faster speeds, and 4K-QAM for higher data capacity. Connectivity : The unit includes one 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port to prevent wired bottlenecks and supports 802.3at PoE+ for simplified installation using a single Ethernet cable for both power and data. A power adapter is not included in the box. Management : It integrates seamlessly with the TP-Link Omada Software Defined Networking (SDN) platform, allowing for centralized cloud management, mesh networking, and seamless roaming via a single interface or app. Design & Installation : The EAP772 has an ultra-thin, aesthetic design intended for discreet ceiling or wall mounting (mounting kits are included) .
